Our program is built on technical progression. Moving to a new class doesn't mean you stop working the last one — every class is revisited for ongoing refinement, with beginners and seasoned athletes training side by side.

The technical foundation of the program. A repetition-based session on the pads and bags, built to refine core technique — everyone working at their own level, from first-timers to experienced boxers.

Fundamentals is a 12-week program and the backbone of everything we do. This is where skills start to have meaning — learning to execute technique in a situational environment builds boxing IQ and real awareness of how and when to apply it. Boxers move into Fundamentals once they've built a base level of skill in Padwork, and the program is graded across 4 levels. Level 1 opens the door to Partner Drills, while Levels 2 to 4 continue building further development.

One session in two parts. Partner Drills applies your fundamentals under controlled contact. Once that's solid, Sparring Tactics tests it live, against a partner working to counter you.

Junior Boxing is a skill-based class covering shadow boxing, footwork and boxing drills — but it's about more than technique. Through the structure and discipline of boxing, young boxers build resilience and respect, in a safe and supportive environment.
